Refund policy

Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, all sales are considered final.

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 15 days of  delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slow sales or overstock

  • Incorrect size or style selection by the buyer

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
